Concrete examples of ways to develop at the company
Having concrete examples of ways that other employees have developed at the company is excellent.
- Will it be possible for the candidate to switch department / focus area at some point?
- Will he/she be able to become a Manager?
- How long does it typically take to be promoted to a Senior role?
Also, if you’re an international organization, you may want to consider offering the candidate an international career path.
A lot of people are seeking international endeavours, and are accepting new roles at other organizations to go abroad.
This can and should be prevented. It must be more attractive for the company to keep good employees inside the organization than. Even if you lose them in your specific department. Be open about this at a very early stage.
